Given the nature of this crime and the element of surprise used by this man to murder Dep. Janey, should be considered the leading reason to keep this coward behind bars. I doubt seriously he has been rehabilitated. He may be sorry for his crimes, but his remorse cannot compare to the agony that rippled through this community.

I will understand "Life with mercy" John Janey's life was taken without a thought of mercy! Gray should never see the outside of prison, just as long as the Janey Family will never be able to see John's face again!

I remember this happening but must say I don't remember them giving him life with mercy??? Wth is the "kind word"- mercy., all about?? Don't think someone who shoots a 3rd and final shot to a good man/officers hea, deserves anymore mercy than

I did electrical work for Ray Huck the owner of the house who hired Gray to torch it for insurance money. Gray is a low life murderer! I vote to keep him locked up forever with no mercy!
