This has been going on far too long. Many days when there is no one working during the allotted hours. No place for children.

Please live up to your promises and finish before school starts in September, 2016. The mess of the construction has been disruptive to the children.

If Kafka over bid, they obviously are putting profits over the well being of children. Kafka has low regard for these children.

I personally attended PS63 and graduated over 50 years ago. This is my grandson's first year at PS63. The staff and administration are all amazing even though they have to work in such a dangerous environment. I say get the UFT, Carmen Farina, community representatives, 9th precinct and news reporters involved. I'm ready willing able to protest!

I would like my children to be able to play in their own school yard before they graduate.

As a concerned parent I support this petition strongly, the number of homeless people camped out under scaffold had been witnessed by myself and my children. The nauseating ordor of urine is compelling and unacceptable for an environment for children.

Work commenced to improve the state of the school building should not create greater problems due to delays.

Prompt and decisive action are required. The delays in this project and the resultant filth and safety hazards that our children, teachers and parents have been exposed to are a disgrace to New York City and to the School Construction Authority. Make it right, now.

It's really concerning that our teacher has had to keep the windows closed due to the layer of debris that blows into the classroom. What are the children being exposed to? We personally have had to pick our daughter up from the nurse several times because she's been breaking out in hives within minutes after school begins or after playing in the recess yard.

Please expedite the remaining work to ensure our children are no longer exposed to the potentially hazardous materials in use. Classrooms are directly exposed due to the scaffolding immediately outside the Windows, collecting runoff and construction debri/dust. The debris can result in allergic reactions which our child has experienced multiple occasions this past year. Reactions have only been experienced in school and remediated thus far by closing the windows. SCA has not been responsive in providing Material Safety Data Sheets for materials in use!

We went to the recess yard this weekend to play soccer and had to walk through the street, avoiding the sidewalk on 3rd Street because there was so much vomit. This is a disgrace and a health hazard.

I have no confidence the new deadline of 7/16 will be met based on past performance.

Please speed up so our kids can be taught in a school and not a construction site.

Just on Saturday I witnessed two people drinking in the play area next to the school and another person urinating. It's a disgrace. No one should have to deal with that around their school.

This has happened to countless schools in NYC by the SCA and supposedly the contractors are charged daily for missing the deadlines. Clearly this is not being upheld!
