As a parent that resides elsewhere in the DFW metroplex, I can not fathom how this could be approved. Good luck fighting this ridiculous situation!

FISD should not be building schools they cannot fill. Sending kids in the same household to different high schools is disruptive to the students, parents, and those of us that assists family with transportation.

How do you propose to compensate me for the hardship of splitting my children between two high schools and the bond between siblings that will be lost. You cannot. There must be a better way.

I think the District could find another solution to the problem, this will create lots if problems for all the working parents who already have enough to cope with!!
