Jim Gray you spent quite a bit of time degrading a dead man, one that your brother killed in cold blood WHILE COMMITING A FELONY OF ARSON AND BEING PAID FOR IT!!!. Now if you want to set the record straight then tell all the facts not just the ones you fabricate to justify your FELON BROTHER being released from prison. You failed to state that your BROTHER ROBERT GRAY AND YOU JIM GRAY both had criminal records BEFORE your brother shot and killed John Janey. And YES Mr. Gray John WAS shot execution style AFTER YOUR BROTHER had already put TWO BULLETS in him the second one being FATAL, but no being the MONSTER that your brother ROBERT GRAY is he put the gun to Johns head and shot him the third tme.He took his service revolver and his radio so he couldn't call for help!!!! Robert GRAY Never showed John mercy so why should this murderer be given mercy???? Answer that Jim GRAY...WHY??? Your brother took a life and needs to pay with his.

Jim Gray you're cut from the same cloth as your brother. Cry foul all you want. He's a murderer and shot out brother in cold blood. John caught in in the act committing a felony and the law is clear that a law enforcement officer can apprehend in or off duty. Gray brought a gun to the scene for one purpose. To kill.

Family lore?! Lol it's ok the medical examiner gave his testimony, but you must've missed court that day. Or going to the parole hearings only to be corrected by the parole board that we weren't there to re-try the case. Or mumbling disrespectfully under your breath whilst MY family is talking. So please cut out the nonsense. The parole board will decide your brothers fate...until then see you in October!!!

The reason the jury decided he should be released one day is call a PLEA BARGAIN!!! You brother deserves to rot in prison. And if all these people call the attorney to testify against Johns treatment of them then why were they not there to testify???? Could it have something to do with THEIR RECORDS?? And the Janeys misrepresented NOTHING for the gain of monetary funds. Your brother killed John in cold blood and took his service revolver and his radio so he could not call for help. The second shot your brother fired was a FATAL shot but then he had to shoot him again in the temple to make sure he was dead hoping he would get away. Jim Gray for you to even try to defend the killing of another human being shows exactly the kind of person you are. AND you also failed to state that you and your brother have previous records prior to YOUR BROTHER ROBERT GRAY killing John. And keep in mind Jim GRay that your brother ROBERT GRAY WAS IN THE PROCESS OF ARSON when he was caught by Officer Janey. And he was being paid to commit arson which in itself is a felony. And tell me how an officer tresspasses????? The sad thing is if John were still alive he would have to protect people like you and your FELON MURDERER BROTHER ROBERT GRAY. So tell us all again how you justify your brother killing Officer Janey or anyone else as far as that goes. You seem to want YOUR FACTS AS YOU STATE THEM out there so why don't you tell it all? This was my uncle, my hero. I miss him every single day. I promised my grandmother before her passing, that I would fight with everything in me to keep Gray behind bars. I am holding true to that promise!! No mercy for John...NO MERCY FOR GRAY!!

This is my cousin whom I loved dearly. He always carved special time for me when I came to visit. He made those times and memories so special. Gray took a good person away who cared about everyone. Gray represents evil and greed. No mercy for Gray.
