Yes! If people had jobs that supported them, they would not have to resort to selling drugs or breaking-&-entering in
order to survive. We also need to create jobs for those with records that prevent them from getting jobs.

The U.S. has a higher incarceration rate than Russia, China, and Iran. We jail more of our racial or ethnic minorities than any other country. How do we explain this to the incarcerated, ourselves, and the world? It's time to create jobs, not jails.
