It has been 14 years of Non Implementation after the passing of RA 9173 Philippine Nursing Act of 2002. 14 Years of Nurses neglected right to compensation, 14 years of being abused and over-used by Philippine Hospitals in both Private and Public sector. We seek for fair and just treatment. We seek change for our dignity as Filipino Nurses.
