This petition will be focusing on turning a forest that is not a conservation forest into a conservation forest! The forest is located at 1700 dundas street east, Whitby, Ontario, Canada. I think that Canada needs more conservation forest because our world is undergoing major changes due to us, the changes that I am talking about is deforestation! I think that later on in the future we should follow the lead of Norway. The reason that I thought of Norway was because they were the first country to ban deforestation. Now I understand that we need to use trees for multiple things such as paper, however the more forest areas that get turned into a conservation means that we will have more trees and hopefully us and our earth will have an extended life expectancy. Keep it natural. Wildlife needs a place to go and that area is getting way too busy.
