This request is purely about greed. The site plan was already agreed upon and there is absolutely no reason to change the rules now just so they can make more money at our expense.

With existing homes, businesses and multifamily complexes already in existence the road additional traffic in this small an area would overload the existing roadway. I am opposed to adding 4 units over the previously approved.
