145 Collis Marina Road Setback Variance Request

Absolutely OPPOSE this setback variance request! Putnam County P&D - you must take a STAND for the many hundreds of tax paying residents that are ALREADY THERE!

I oppose 10 units being built on the two lots.

I oppose the requst for variances to existing zoning.

This parcel was rezoned from R-1 to RM-2 on January 4, 2018 with conditions. Since these conditions have not been met this parcel should be rezoned back to R-1. In addition, no variance should be approved for this parcel because the applicant for the rezoning, Mr. Rick McAllister stated per the minutes that the applicants would not be asking for any type of variance with the project and all proposed units would meet the set back requirements for the district. The rezoning was opposed by Mr. Carl Anderson but approved by P&Z.

Please do not grant either of these variances.
