Please remove this idea. It contradicts that the 12th man is and what it stands for.

this is a poor attempt at marketing the 12th man tradition. the 30,000+ students standing and yelling are all that we need.

This was a bad idea that whomever came up with it, is just to prideful to admit its stupidity.

This is unnecessary and contradictory to the meaning of the 12th Man.

Get rid of the 12 seats altogether. Instead, place a life-size bronze statue of E King Gill in the East side second deck, row 1, at the 50 yard line ... the Original 12th Man standing with the Current 12th Man. Done. Easy for all Aggies to understand. Easy for the uniformed TV commentators to explain to the uninformed masses.

This is wrong and a stretch of a tradition. Empty seats do nothing to embody the spirit of the 12th man

The "Spirit" of Aggieland doesn't need 12 empty seats! The quantity of 12 has never been a tradition at A&M, just the "12th Man" !

These 12 seats are not a fitting tribute to either our 12th Man or the victims of the Bonfire collapse.

The message is convoluted and does not clearly represent either the history of either the original 12th Man, or the Student Body as a whole standing to represent their burning desire....

Bad idea!!!
Bad idea.
This is a bad idea.
Not a good idea.
See the many arguments against it already made...
