The overwhelming majority of people working the overnight tour are dissatisfied with the start time of their 11M4 tour. The 16 hour tour has been placed first which was necessary but the 10am start time presents significant problems such as dealing with heavier traffic on the way to work and then not having any option for parking including the garages after arriving. An 8am start time is heavily preferred and would allow personnel at LHGV working 11M4 to manage the tour more efficiently.

The time would negatively affect the work life balance and require the employe to pay for parking out of pocket.
A 8AM start often calls me to head out of home at 6AM. A 10AM start time would also need a 6AM head out time due to traffic and parking. 12AM off time and 2AM off time does not make a big difference.
An earlier start time would benefit all
Later start for this Double tour. Not needed.
10am start time is terrible. We need this to change.

For anyone working this tour, it would mean getting off 2 hours later than the current times, arriving at home 2 hours later and possibly having the same parking issue once they reach home. while the effort is appreciated, this solution is not one that would be beneficial to the majority of persons working this schedule.
