114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park - Change of Use from C3(a) Residential to C1 Air Bnb - Planning Objection

Feel so sorry for the long standing residents of Elm Park who have to put up with this. Elm Park is a disgrace & LB of Havering have a lot to answer for, who in their right mind would want to live in this area as it has gone downhill over many years & I know com experience.

Absolutely disgusting people shouldn’t be putting up with this behaviour.

The owner of this property who has been illegally renting out this house on air bnb has a total disregard to the residents of Diban, the amount of litter these renters leave behind is disgusting (photo evidence provided) this clearly attracts vermin, & smells dreadfully in the hotter months, this is not what we want in our borough, we used to have a pleasant area to live in but sadly not anymore.

Why should local residents have to put up with disruptive behaviour and a lack of respect to the neighbours, with the constant littering and parking over people’s drive. The council should oppose this application for the above and consider the residents views

Noise

This type of place should not be allowed on a quiet residential road. It has caused significant disruption, excess cars parking over people's drives, noise and general rubbish around that house. It has been operating illegally since May

This just is not right in this neighbourhood and given my neigbours have been given permission in Benhurst Ave to do what ever! Elm Park does not need either

This property is down the road from me, and already causing a nuisance with noise etc

It’s just wrong. I am no longer proud to live in Elm Park

Temporary residents have no respect for the neighbourhood, rubbish and litter not properly disposed off and the noise level is disturbing and affecting the lives of residents who have to go to work.

Refuse this application as it’s causing major disruption to the road & area

I would hate this if I lived nearby, the disregard for neighbours looks awful. So selfish for those living close by, please Help stop this

Have no consideration for neighbors noise loud music parking where they want dirty rubbish

Absolutely terrible it's affecting my mental health and unfair to all the residents down this street we are not on a council estate

This is happening to a friend of mine and making their life hell

This cannot be allowed! My mum lives near this property and the issue since it began being let out have been non stop - the guests have no respect for the people who live down the road and neither does the owner . Appalling he’s even been allowed to submit this application - others of similar Nature have been refused and this should be too!!

Too large for the location. Has been open without local authority permission since May. No procedure for rubbish disposal. Rubbish bags pile up, bags are ripped open by wildlife and strewn across the garden. Guests turn up at all hours. No regard for local residents. Excessive noise during ‘quiet hours’. Rules regarding no parties are ignored. Not enough parking for the size of the property. Guests park over drives, 4 wheels on pavement and on neighbour’s drives. Applicant has lied on the application regarding how many rooms and bathrooms and how long it has been run as an Airbnb. Rather than apply to be an Airbnb and follow correct procedure, he has gone ahead and done it without permission with no regard for the residents that have to endure the backlash of such an ill run, illegal establishment.

The home owner has already shown disregard for the law, regarding housing and planning rules. This is causing a great disturbance to a peaceful neighbourhood

Please do not allow this, the people using this house are really causing problems
