114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park - Change of Use from C3(a) Residential to C1 Air Bnb - Planning Objection

This is not what we expect in a residential street that is impounding on their well-being

This is a residential road that should not have an air b&b of this size it’s ridiculous

This has been used without consent disturbing neighbours for months day and night without regard for anyone. I object to this property being used as an Airbnb

I live near this and they put rubbish in our communal bins

It’s not acceptable to have this kind of disruption on a residential street.. rubbish being stacked around causing health and safety hazard, noise pollution, dangerous car parking ..

I object strongly to this application.The residents nearby which includes my 2 daughters have experienced inconsiderate parking problems,rubbish strewn across the drive,also noise late at night and early hours during the night,showing no consideration to neighbours.my main concern is for my daughters who have suffered this long enough and who have lived here for 26 years with no problems, should have had a chance to object to this illegally running airbnb a long time ago.

Having seen the videos of the ASB coming from this property the residents should not have to live with this behaviour and noise.

The owner of this property has proved time and time again he is not responsible or reasonable when letting out his house. He does not respect quiet hours or his neighbours.

I strongly oppose this application.

I live a fair way down the street but have noticed a big change since this has been in operation and not for the better. Antisocial behaviour noise and large groups of people rubbish left in the street broken bottles which could cause harm to my dogs paws or children running past.

Why is this allowed to happen in a family focused community

The property has loud and noisy people going in an out in the middle of the night. There is already poor parking in the road and lots of problems with emergency services trying to gain access.

This is a quiet residential street and no place for that many strangers coming and going, causing noise, shouting in the street, moving cars around and generally being a nuisance to the long standing local community. It is a small residential turning with limited parked and families living their lives. This application should nit be allowed to proceed.

Object to this planning permission due to the severe disruption to road access due to the increase in vehicles at said propwrty. Health & Safety wise in the potential blocking and prohibiting of emergency vehicles accessing the road.

Our grandson lives next door to this property so we have also seen, Parking over others drives, Having to park in Elm Park car park and walk,Large groups of people congregating outside and in the back garden with the smell of drugs,Excessive noise inside and outside of the house into the early hours which disturbs the sleep of residents,The house owner has increased a 3 bed house into a 7 bed presumably without council permission and let to airbnb without a licence and should face prosecution for this and the council should inspect the property and have removal of any structure built against council approval.

I oppose the change of use of this property to an Airbnb. It is clear that it will have a detrimental affect on the area and will affect the quality of life of residents in what should be a quiet residential area.
