114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park - Change of Use from C3(a) Residential to C1 Air Bnb - Planning Objection

The owner of this property has already demonstrated that they have no consideration for the local community by letting the property as an Air BnB without planning permission to individuals who engage in anti-social behaviour, make excessive noise with no consideration to neighbours, block drives and road through illegal parking and leave excessive rubbish. This will only increase if planning permission is granted. This is a small residential road housing families and elderly people. Granting this planning permission will negatively impact the local community.

It is causing litter and disturbance in a relatively small and narrow residential area.

This is an anti social situation which should be stopped with immediate effect The obvious wrong doing of these individuals is causing unnecessary stress to their immediate neighbours and all those around that are affected with their appalling lack of social manners

Not suitable use of a residential house when there is an enormous lack of housing for families. Total disregard for planning, rules apply to everyone. Not enough parking and rubbish not being dealt with properly leading to issues with foxes and vermin. As long as money is in the bank could not care less about effect on people who live nearby. Would complain if this was happening next door to the owners.

This kind of multiple occupancy /Airbnb property means no one really cares about the property and surrounding area. Guests using the property will be less likely to have any regard for the neighbours. Footage I have seen shows piled up rubbish outside the property which is unsightly and can attract vermin. I certainly wouldn't want to live next door or even close to this type of property.

Came past here a few weekends back thought Elm Park had its own nightclub. I counted 14 people out on the drive all smoking and drinking feel so bad for the neighbours having to just put up with this and landlords not caring cause they don’t live in the area they just take the money.

The rubbish is affecting the area with vermin where bags are left outside in high numbers for days at a time. The excessive noise is not welcome either

Ridiculous that this can be allowed when no proper checks are taken with who uses the house and what issues they then cause

If previous behaviour and disruption is anything to go by this application should definitely not be granted. This brings no benefit to the residents and community. Rubbish, vermin, noise and inconsiderate parking is making life for local residents a misery.

It is creating a horrible living situation for residents - the noise and mess are causing a lot of stress to neighbours

Was planning permission given for the extension recently built. It has not got permission to be an Airbnb. Disturbance to the neighbourhood is huge.

Was so called "existing extension " built with planning permission? Has already been used with excessive numbers of occupants.
