This should not be allowed in a highly populated road. This is just unbelievable.

This is not acceptable. Making noise all night with no regards to neighbours.

As a family with young children living locally to the proposed development we strongly object to a possible approval of the application and would like to request that the application is refused in order to protect local families with young children and elderly residents against antisocial behaviour, overcrowding and crime.

The use of residential properties as Air B&B locations is completely wrong. The residents of Diban Avenue deserve to live in a peaceful area without the constant barrage of new guests arriving & causing havoc.

Unacceptable use of a property which weakens the local community.

I regularly visit family who live on Diban Ave and this property and landlord are a disgrace. They have no regard for the locals or the neighbourhood and the existence of this property is a significant blight on the community. There is just not sufficient parking for 14 guests at this property and results in visitors parking across others driveways and in some instances on others driveways. There is no rubbish collection and waste gets stacked up under the front window, attracting vermin. We understand rubbish is now being stacked at the rear so vermin are being attracted in multiple places. There is a clear planning breach in relation to the layout following the side and rear extension and the landlord has been operating this property as an illegal hotel for several months already. We would also encourage building control to inspect this property as the standard of construction appears very poor. This property cannot be allowed to continue as a hotel and should be returned to single family use ASAP.

Very expensive place to live and yet you're expected to put up with living next to an Air B &B and all the issues this includes. Air B&B is not regulated enough

We in Diban Avenue have already had numerous disturbances and parking violations from the people staying at this address. This is a quiet residential road which has already got problems with parking. How dare this person establish this Airbnb without permission. We pay council tax and expect fair play and we take pride in our neighbourhood.

Disgraceful allowing this to happen. Poor residents who have to put up with this.

Converted houses in the borough are creating a nuisance for other residents in an extended area. This house needs to be shut down, whoever heard of an air BnB being used for parties that are obviously over " subscribed ". It's obviously a nice little earner for the owner, wonder if he declares it on his Council Tax and Income tax returns.

The wellbeing of settled permenant residents and the erosion of community spirit are at stake here.
