The inclusion of a multiple occupancy property would be a detriment to the neighbouring properties. Noise pollution, increase in cars with no facility to park safely are just some of the issues.

This is disgusting to expect people who live close by to endure what the home owner is doing to them, do the right thing and ban this from happening, would you like to live next to it, I don’t think so.

Totally inappropriate as not supervised. Increased rubbish, noise pollution in a residential area. This is not a tourist area just being used as a party venue.

We don't need this behaviour in our community.

Just being used for parties. No need for an Airbnb in this area as nothing here.

A small residential street which is having lots of noise pollution/rubbish and problems with parking due to this unauthorised air bnb.

I live in Diban Avenue and gave noticed the amount of Rubbish outside the property and foxes have had it and spread it across the streets, it isn't cleared up straight away, and is left until somebody eventually has enough. The cars park on the pavement, making it hard for people with pushchairs to get through, bearing in mind it's close to a School, let alone the elderly trying to pass on a mobility scooter. Also the noise that comes from the property, makes me thankful that I don't live withing close proximity to it, as I work very long shifts in a hospital and would be fed up with that amount of noise disturbing my sleep.

Anti social behaviour is not acceptable in our residential community

This should not be allowed. No space for residents. Air b&bs should come with conditions.

This house is frequently used for very loud parties at weekends. Loud music, people outtalking, shouting, sininging, arguing, urinating. It’s really annoying and should be stopped.

Residential areas should not be plagued with house parties and noise pollution. Unlike a Mediterranean seafront aor bnb apartment serving as a holiday let, many large houses in the UK are used as party houses which will naturally cause a disturbance to the neighbours on a frequent basis. I would hate to buy a house expecting the bare minimum of some peace and quiet outside of work and to be presented with this.

Listen to the concerns of the neighbourhood.

This shouldn’t be allowed in a residential setting
