114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park - Change of Use from C3(a) Residential to C1 Air Bnb - Planning Objection

Shut this down immediately!!!

We live down the road from this house, this is not possible to handle, the noise is too much, my kids cannot sleep because of it, the street around that house is always full of parked cars and sometimes people that are using that house don’t look friendly at all.

This is a residential road with mixture of young families with children and older residents and they should not have to content with this.

Seriously object to this , not fair on community. Please listen to the local people.

My daughter lives down there and I said to her I keep seeing loads of young foreigners standing outside with suitcases , she never knew why Now we do it’s not right that’s a family residential road

Approving this change of use shows blatent disregard for the community and exacerbates the housing crisis, preventing the house being used as a home and instead allowing blatent profiteering at the expense of the neighbourhood.

I strongly oppose the conversion of the residential property to Airbnb. It will ruin the calm community and foster unlawful activities in the locality.
