Initial change of use was done illegally in the first place. Therefore it should never have been granted. Just allows people to get away with doing whatever they want. The rubbish alone is a health and safety issue. Clearly it is not maintained properly without any of the other issues of noise disturbance, illegal parking etc.

I am very concerned with planning being given to these type of premises when clearly they are causing difficulties with the surrounding area. It would seem that it is another way to rent out accommodation to anybody without the right checks etc. in essence prople need accommodation but there need to be strict rules and regulations about use

Apart from the noise factor which disturbs the neighbours this is a residential area which isn't made for thus sort of thing. Rats are already bad but this will increase them tenfold . It has to be stopped we don't want or need this sort of thing in Elm Park or the surrounding areas

This is not acceptable within a quiet residential street. Sell the property or long term rent it out as a family home.
