why is this being continuously allowed to keep happening yet the rest of us have consideration for others please it is not fair to have this in a nice community area

Is this property able to house up to 14 people safely? Our houses have not been designed for this.

The disruption to neighbours and other residents is causing problems in the area.

Totally unacceptable that this property is being used as an air BnB.

No more HMO type housing. It's impact on local community in the form of AirBnB is detrimental to the area and your services and HMOs generally are for those forced to live in small spaces which is proven to increase mental health issues as well as increasing problems for cash strapped council services!

We completely disagree with it being an air B&B because of the parking issues and noise from parties.

The property is being misused through neglect and improper maintenance. This neglect lowers the aesthetic appeal of the area but also contributes to a general decline in property values, making the neighborhood less desirable.

I feel that the property has been miss used. Also the proprietor should take more care of the property or keep the outside clean and tidy at all times.

Neighbours don't need this one their doorstep

Those using this house as an air bnb have no respect for the residents of the street or town and therefore it should not be allowed.

Please make sure this Airbnb does not happen

to keep area safe there is lots of issues around and across the area the local people safety and environment should be first .these large group couse nuisance for neighbourhood

This is a residential street this should not be allowed.

I know two of the households close to this illegal Airbnb who are having to contend with the noise, excessive refuse and consequential vermin issues and difficulties with parking. Residents pay their council tax and have a right to expect that they and their families live a stress free life.

It’s ridiculous letting this operate in such a small road in a residential area

Needs to be stopped ruing a good area

This is a quiet residential area, not suitable for large parties. No regard for neighbours.
