114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park - Change of Use from C3(a) Residential to C1 Air Bnb - Planning Objection

The occupants at this property are causing constant noise day and night disturbing local residents, rubbish piled up in front garden which is an eyesore and attracting vermin.

This is a disruption and causing issues to the local residents.

I live in Elm Park and do not agree that this is a positive business within the area. This is a huge disturbance to neighbours and unfair on people who have a permanent residence there.

I strongly object to this application, this is not acceptable in this residential area.

No one should have to live under these circumstances. Families with children live in this street. It’s wrong. Profiteering with no regard for others.

We are objecting to the multiple occupancy of houses in this borough mainly the property in Diban Road Elm Park, the disruption and noise to the neighbourhood shouldn’t be allowed to happen.

Excessive noise at all hours particularly during the early hours. Excessive rubbish encouraging vermin. This is a quiet residential area and not suitable for this kind of occupation.

Disgusting to expect decent people to live next to those who have no regard for common decency or hygiene.

I object to 114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park becoming an air b n b property. There is clear signs of anti social behaviour which is affecting local residents.

I do not want an Airbnb in my local area as it will not be respected and looked after.

I oppose this application to make this property a permanent Airbnb property. I pass this property when it was running illegally and the roads and driveway is full of rubbish which will cause mess, attract rodents and make the area unsafe for children. To add to to it being unsafe, loud music is played until late ours, people standing outside, sitting on other people’s cars, parking illegally and on other people’s driveway. Increased anti-social behaviour and disagreements between neighbours and guests who stay at the property which can lead to potential assaults - which we would like to avoid. I have two young children and this is not what I want my children being brought up around. I do not want my children around people dealing with and smoking illegal substances outside of the property and acting disorderly.

No respect for the local residents, this needs to stop, and stop now

Definitely object to this petition - making my daughters life a living hell and making her ill - thus man thinks he is above the law - this property is not suitable for an Airbnb in a local community area.
