This cannot be approved, our road is a nice one with decent people and a lot of elderly that have been here all their lives, the property is already causing problems with the mess and the noise and anti social behaviour this is only going to increase if the planning for the Air Bnb - our parking already is shocking down this road with commuters using it like a car park during the day, a property catering for 14 people will only cause even more parking issues for legal residents. I urge that you reject this application.

The rubbish situation and illegal parking in a residential area is not pleasant and is a blot in our close knit community Having lived in Diban Avenue for over 30 years the parking is limited and the state of roads and litter is unacceptable Definitely no more business is wanted in our road and if already running illegally where is the deterrent for others to crop up in our road.

This is a residential street and the garbage and noise all times of the night is not on. Not to mention the fact they did not have planning permission.

100% this should not be approved. It is already causing problems down our road. Rubbish being left for weeks causing rats. Parking nightmares and noise pollution.

Every time I visit my friends, there is so much unnecessary noise coming from the Airbnb house. Hosts and their guests think it’s okay to not only park over my friend’s drive blocking their car in but also in places that makes visitors such as myself, difficult to park. They are inconsiderate people and allowing this to stay as an Airbnb will cause further unacceptable problems for the visitors to residents, but especially immediate neighbours to the Airbnb.

This is a quiet street and it should stay that way.

Lived in the house not far from this one, it was bad when it first started but it looks that it’s getting worse

This establishment has caused terrible rubbish problems in the street over the last few months and rats have been seen rummaging through the piles of discarded rubbish. There have been cars coming and going at all hours and disrupting the peace of the street. I witnessed groups of youths congregating on an elderly neighbour’s front garden, causing him great distress all because they could not gain access to their booked reservation at 114. These premises are not wanted as the visiting occupants have total disrespect and disregard for other residents.

It's a residential road of quite neighbour's. I have come down this road alot and you do have trouble getting past the house in question because of people in the road and the amount of cars parked outside on occasion.

This application does not meet the local plan by allowing this it will not providing more and better homes. This application will lose a home for a family. Also the increased parking in what already is a heavy demand for parking.

It's a disgrace when my elderly father has to walk in the road to get by as the cars and people are on the pavement, and I have had to turn my car around as the people staying there were all in the road and quite intimidating. The rubbish outside is also a concern attracting vermin .

Unsociable gatherings and excess rubbish - not suitable for residential area!
