Noise pollution witnessed first hand together with unsociable gatherings - not suitable for for residential area!

These properties need to be regulated

This is disruptive to the neighbours and residents and is affecting residents work / social life and moods due to lack of sleep and stress.

The rubbish i have to clean up in the street after the guests have left is getting beyond a joke now

Have seen the rubbish outside this property, a health hazard that suppose attract rats etc

Definitely not the place to put this kind of property. Really feel for the residents of Diban

This should not be allowed to happen within a quiet, clean and happy family oriented community. We now have foxes fighting at night waking us up, for the rubbish left outside without a care. Holes are being dug up in our gardens by the fixer or rats attracted by the piles or food waste left in the drive by these people. Please stop this terrible behaviour now. Thank you.
