114 Diban Avenue, Elm Park - Change of Use from C3(a) Residential to C1 Air Bnb - Planning Objection

How can this be acceptable or approved at any level, it is completely out of keeping with surrounding residential dwellings and destined to cause disruption and aggravation to the genuine residence living in the immediate area!

I object in the strongest possible terms.

It is disgraceful that this situation has been allowed to continue for so long before the council has allowed a petition to be raised. There appears to be little, if any, consideration given to the neighbourhood by the owner concerned, or indeed by the council itself. This was a family house in a residential area, with parking already at a premium - there is no room for the number of cars, that now continually block the road and pavement, that are generated by this 7 bedroom bnb. Neither should residents have to 'put up with' the increased amount of rubbish and general littering that is currently affecting the area. Neighbours, and their children, shouldn't be continually having to deal with rowdyness and noise in the small hours either. This road is not suitable for such a hostelry, and no such change of use should be given.

Please accept this as my objection.

I strongly object to change 114 Diban Avenue into an Air Bnb. This is already happening unlawfully. I am surprised the council have not acted accordingly.

The noise from this house is horrendous & should not be allowed. This is a residential road.

Residential area. Causing problems parking and very noisy.

I have lived in Diban Avenue for 15 years and what they are using this property for is blatantly disgraceful. I strongly object to this application.
