Everyone should be given an equal opportunity to participate in the construction of the new Airport Terminal, especially those who are minority-owned business. This simply means growth for all of Lafayette, la.

It is imperative that the Commission establish a DBE goal that is representative of the demographic makeup of the community...25% for minority owned businesses.
