Boycotting Jordan's airline

Bad service.

Stop the discrimination. It's disgraceful, we are all brothers.

Very very bad service to Yemenis people like if they where not paying for there Service even though I'm an American my nationality is Yemen they still treat me the same like Yemenis like nothing I will no longer require the very bad services of Jordanian airline

On April 15 2016 me and my parents and my wife were traveling from USA to Jordan then our last destination was Saudia Arabia at 9Am we arrived at Jordan we got to our gate we had couple hours before we leave my dad went to go buy sandles and then forgot how to get back to the gate he asked employees that work in the airport they kept sending from one place to another after two hours went away our flight is almost ready to go so I started looking for him they sent me from one place to another after i heard them call my name to come to office I asked every one they don't even no were this office is finally I went in this office were this I told him it been two hours can you help me find my dad he kept asking me the same question showing he don't care or don't want to help at that point I told him I explained to you three times already he looks at me and says go look for your dad who ever get lost you come look for him here so that made me walk away and curse him out he gets up and curse back at me and said your are not flying today i asked him all you can do is help me find him look in the computer or call officers and see were is my dad held at he wouldn't listen he snatch my airline tickets and then i said God bless America If you or any one lost they will help you find or get up and walk with you or make phone calls until the issue is resolved but he was loud thinking he can hold me until he relies I'm an American with American passport he couldn't after they brought my dad he came and said i took your luggage out the plane. Unprofessional people they are the worse to deal with which we left and then we get to Saudia we don't have any luggage so I would like some one from management or some one to take care of this matter and many people complain that there luggage are opened and phone or iPod are taken away
