The Royal Jordanian, which is the plane on behalf of Jordan, in which it represents it, needs to respect ALL races and ethnicities and also to respect themselves by having a positive attitude and having an honest workforce, not only on the plane but also in their airport. This has come to an extent where they have lost my respect and many others , who are also customers for them and who now speak out our concern that they need to fix, and we strongly know they can and needs to happen as soon as possible.

When we booked our flight from Sanaa to Jordan in 2013 our tickets included a hotel room to stay in, but when we arrived they made us stay at the lobby they said they had no rooms available when they actually had many rooms empty. The worker at the airport were not very helpful especially with direction . We also had our luggages missing and they wouldn't give me my daughters stroller when they're suppose to hand it to me when I first leave the airplane
