This will make our neighborhood way too congested to utilize our streets. This is going to be a new development so they need their own entry and exit. I am very opposed to this entry/exit for these new homes. This road can be congested already with just the Tarlton Meadows traffic.

Let’s keep traffic optimized through Tarlton Meadows by adding this access point. There are many young children who walk through the neighborhood, so minimizing unnecessary traffic protects them.

A well-planned and properly-developed community includes enough entry and exit points to support the number of houses in the development. Another exit on Hayden Run is important to cut down on the congestion on Sugar Run and Tartlton Blvd, in addition to preventing extra traffic on Cat Singer Circle. I have narrowly avoided accidents on the curve on Sugar Run due to cars parked on both sides, low visibility due to the curve, and drivers in too much of a hurry.

We have 3 little children that play in our front yard, driveway. We are right in the middle of the neighborhood and more traffic thru it means more likelihood of an accident. My street encourages speeding because it is straight, therefore we shouldn't allow for more traffic to be funneled thru. My kids' safety matters!!!

To me it is a no brainer to have the new neighborhood connected to Hayden Run. The neighborhood has no entrance or exit point in the middle part of the neighborhood. If the neighborhood has another connection point to Hayden Run, this would substantially decrease traffic on Tarlton Blvd and create a safer neighborhood for all.

Current traffic in Tarlton Meadows is unsafe. Stop signs are continually ignored and speeding is a problem. Adding more traffic to the current entrances creates an even more unsafe neighborhood for children at play.

They have to install their own entrance and exist and not use ours or be connected to ours due to excessive speeding already.

Given this new expansion to Tarlton and Another entry and exit point is desperately needed for Tarlton Meadows. Given the shortsighted reversal by city council to not connect hill farm 2 to jeffrelyn, while still connecting Tarlton to Hill Farm 2 and the new Clover Meadows subdivisions, the traffic flowing through Tarlton will only increase. Making the decision to not allow more entries and exits just perpetuates and enhances the existing issues we currently face (choke points and speeding).

The amount of times I have almost gotten into an accident in our neighborhood along with the times I’ve ridden bikes with my kids and almost been hit is one too many, and I am just one person out of many others who have the same story. All of this development is great, but at what cost to the community and the people living in them? You’re asking for a major incident by not having another option in and out of this neighborhood. It’s not enough and it’s not ok.

Traffic is currently a major concern, that area has narrow streets with the addition of hill farms in the back these narrow roads will already see an increase in safety concerns now with this proposal will increase this even more.

Existing homeowners should not have to bear the disproportionate impact of increased traffic without proper infrastructure improvements. Before approving further development, the developer should assess the traffic impact and consider additional access points to protect the interests of current residents.

Traffic is already bad and this will make it worse. With no new exits entering off Hyden Run, all this will do is endanger kids safety and cause more traffic while lower property values.

Live on the Main Street of where this will be affected and cars already go way too fast. More traffic means busier and more fast drivers.
