We expect first of all an improvement of water, electricity infrastructure and roads are overwhelmed with the current traffic.

The development is right behind us so would like to maintain the low density status. Therefore would like for this development to consider density issues

I live in the vicinity of the proposed project. Roads are jammed mornings and evenings because of increased traffic.

This development will result in underground water being oversubscribed and value of our properties will no doubt depreciate as a result of increase in the population density. The local natural vegetation will be destroyed and leaving no breathing space at all.The peace and tranquility of Mandara needs to preserved and maintained.

We bought our home in the leafy neighbourhood of Mandara... all the developments going will be disastrous for us as well as borehole going dry.

I do not want our suburb to devalue further. It cannot cope with the water requirements or power requirements as is.

The planned densely populated residential property development on State Land (Chikurubi Prison Prison Farm) bordering Mandara residential properties will not only do untold damage the ecology but reduce property values in area that has seen in the last two years industry blg by the emergency of the Chinese Brick Making Plant 'Yu-dao' that sits on a river basin and is carrying out several deep soil excavation & stone blasting activities in disregard for Mandara residents safety concerns.

Turning out neighborhood into a high deity area and out natural resources can not be sufficient for such large numbers of people.

This development will over densify our suburb and reduce resources like underground water. Increase traffic on already damaged roads and increase demand for electricity.

Further development will increase pressure on already over subscribed arterial roads. Routes through Mandara are already being traversed by commuters to and from Ruwa and outlaying developments and this Development will only add to this horrible congestion.
