Releasing another character when current ones are suffering from lack of main story content would be unwise. It would be a quick dopamine hit for users, used to instant gratification, and nothing more. They’d get bored of their new toy pretty soon anyway - maybe they’d even finally start noticing what a mashup of other characters Valko is (or was). Let’s catch up with the current characters first and then you can focus on developing a new ORIGINAL character.
