The city should be spending it's resources on things that make it better. Going after a small business over a cute bagel mural is not a logical way to spend resources, nor does it improve our town.

There are many murals in this town. They ad character. This is a sign for a business. A business is a dream. You pulled this with Whiskey River 2 yrs ago. Why? It wasn’t offending anyone. Cept those in government that feel the need to flex a little regulation muscle. Seems like a person Vandetta.
A block away there are run down shuttered hotels w homeless encampments outside or in the buildings. If he puts a reference to the hotshot 19 would they let it slide?
