I believe it is artistic signage. It is unique and adds to the artistic amd unique quality of Prescott that people love so much. Great commerce; not giant, boring commercial like McDonald's. :)

Prescott city council needs to adjust their attitude towards a growing younger population of people who want art and modern culture in this community. Honestly, the mural looks great and I'm shocked that they would waste the time and resources to punish a local business owner over such a non-issue. Who is complaining about the mural? I'm so sorry that this is happening to Max.
