This adds much needed personality to the north Cortez area of downtown Prescott. If this needs to be taken down then so does the ugly billboard on top of drawn west on Gurley and Montezuma.

It’s extremely unreasonable to request the sign to be altered considering the increasing amount of “in your face” corporate uninviting signage about.
It’s a welcome relief and it makes me happy that it’s artistic and inviting.
If the Theodore signage is not acceptable then the rules need to change… not the sign.

I have seen several Charlie Kirk memorials put up on small businesses with no backlash whatsoever. If you're going to violate the 1st Amendment rights of your constituents, at least be consistent. This mural does not pose any sort of public detriment. The City of Prescott needs to get a grip and use our city resources for something useful like addressing the growing concerns over mass surveillance like Flock cameras violating our 4th amendment rights instead of attacking small businesses.
