Any small business is Important, and the same goes for freedom of expression. This is creative and hip. A direction the city needs to move in. If you want the same old crodgity BS then let Prescott do that. We want to move toward young and hip. From my research as a soon to be restaurant owner in PV people are screaming for change. They are sick of the chain restaurant or the local business simply putting what they had in Prescott in PV. This is the time we need to get going on change!

This is ridiculous, the sign adds character and charm to our little town. It's not offensive, unlike some of the larger new buildings that are going in.

This is the cutest bagel ever! A mural or interesting facade signals that a place was cared about. We love Max and Theodores! Blank walls and unadorned facades read as cold or unfinished. It creates civic pride and a shared reference point. "Meet me at the mural on Marina! We love you MAX!

With very little time in the community (compared to other businesses), Theodore’s Fine Foods has become a really beloved establishment.
The artwork featured outside their business is nice and it’s not an inconvenience or an eyesore.
Please grant them an exception.
