theodore’s is a neighborhood staple. Max and his team are dedicated to building community. this bagel brings joy. the fact that we are even needing to sign this is the problem. why wouldn’t we want aliveness and joy? look around, prescott is all about expression and community. what max is doing is a GOOD thing. this is ridiculous

I like the artwork on Theodore's exterior and feel it isn't a public detriment

It's a decent clever sign. Better than tearing down a historical landmark for a tiny hotel!

We have so many awful signs that seem to comply with city codes(the gaudy one on Gurley promoting a Vape store, for one) but this painting that causes no obstruction and adds to the charm of the building has to go? Please consider a variance. We rely on the downtown businesses for much of our tax base. Do we really want to be known as an unwelcoming town to those who want to invest here.

Great local story from our very own farmers market to storefront success story. The artwork if great let’s let great people who make Prescott Prescott continue to so

This mural is not an eye sore to the community, it is art that makes this corner look welcoming and promotes good cheer in our community.

This mural sits nicely above the building. It blends nicely with the town image and is unintrusive.
This family has come a long way, was able to take a vacant rundown building and make it incredibly successful. Prescott, please stop trying to hinder small business.

Because there is nothing wrong with the mural
