I think the mural is really cute and not distracting at all. Let downtown Prescott have the character it's meant to have! It makes me smile every time I drive past it. I genuinely don't see any issue.

This is important to show that we are being consistent and fair to everyone of our valued businesses and citizens of this wonderful community. If we allow a mural on a wall downtown then there should be no concern if the mural is family friendly then it should not be scrutinized after all they set the current standards not us. The city had to approve the first mural, to me that set the pace.
