Think it looks perfectly fine just the way it is.

Everybody's home town. Prescott isn't just for one person on one type of person. It's for everyone and everyone's ideas.

The artwork at Theodores is perfectly tasteful and adds to the community. It should not be altered or removed.

It shows exactly what the store offers…it is fun and adds an upbeat vibe to the building and area!

This sign is something I really liked when I first saw it. It is a fun sign and adds to the neighborhood. Please let it stay.

What a great addition to our downtown. Let them proceed with their signage and art.

Businesses should be able to create buildings that match the business inside, within reason. This painting is well within reason!

The determination of whether or not a permit is required seems vague per the following link https://prescott-az.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/BLD-FORMS_2026-WHAT-NEEDS-A-PERMIT-20260101.pdf At the very least I believe Theo’s should be able to make an application to have their art approved and to modify it to be in compliance rather than be required to remove it entirely. The city has an opportunity to demonstrate goodwill to a merchant who is a good neighbor to the neighboring community.
