My neighbor - car broken into last night - LaMarido Beaufort - camera picked up three people at 4:56 a.m. trying handles on car doors. Also, picked up police further down his block about 5:30, which appeared to be responding to a call We are doing block watch and informing all of our neighbors and reporting Wonder how that “kid” who was arrested and released with an ankle bracelet to his Mommy, for 100 break-ins and car thefts was up to that morning? No repercussions - No Consequences

I grew up in this neighborhood and always felt safe. With all that is happening now I do not feel safe. .

It’s getting ridiculous and something HAS to be done. There’s no accountability, they terrorize the neighborhood and get away with it.

This has got to stop both my neighbors on Fernhill in the driveways very bold .I never park out side for that reason.

I would like to feel safe knowing that I can leave things in my car overnight and not have to worry about them being stolen.

Our cars were broken into (door opened - forgot to lock them), four times in a month. They rummaged through the vehicles. A purse and wallet were taken. The credit card was used at a Mc Donald’s. We found the wallet because it had an AirTag in it. It was in a yard a street below us. We understand we need to lock our vehicle doors, but when we forget, it does not give a criminal the right to go into our vehicles. Our cameras show the culprits. They are definitely juvenile delinquents.

Because I need to feel safe in my neighborhood again. I feel as if the police have failed us. It's only going to be a matter of time before the suspects hit up the wrong house and someone is hurt badly.

This has to stop before something bad happens. I've lived in Brookline all my life and growing up here we would never do things like this if someone did there were consequences. This community is getting way out of control Im scared for my young grandchildren.

I live on Berkshire and my car along with my husbands & children have all been broken into & personal belongings strewn about the vehicles as well as up and down our street more than a handful of times. There was a time when my son’s back window was busted out to have his bookbag stolen. My husband works the overnight shift at the airport leaving me home alone overnights 5/7 days with my disabled son. It seems like these individuals are becoming more brazen by the day

We cannot ignore “petty” crime. It starts small and grows like a snowball down the hill as the thief gains confidence that there are no consequences. Please provide consequences!!
