The curfew timings just dont make any sense, we are all grown up people(mostly adults), we dont need a hostel curfew. It forces us into doing unproductive stuff a little if times. Like for example if i wanna go play tennis because all the students have only realistically time between 6 to 8 i never get an empty court and this same thing happens almost everywhere. Extension of curfew to 10:30 is just too important, 8:30 is too early, it feels like confinement, it will give us way more flexibility

We agree and understand the value of discipline and student safety that has been kept in the mind behind these timings but the students feel really suffocated and bounded due to this. And rather than putting restrictions, the authorities should focus on making our campus a safe space for their students if they feel that it isnt safe especially for girls to be out in campus after 8:30pm

I think 8 30 is way too late. Kuch nahi dikhta at that time. Hostel timmings should be changed to 7 30 instead because at that time you can see the campus scenery properly and kids wont act like hooligans.
