As a co op we the member should be allowed to view why we are paying for unnecessary charges and why are we paying for a internet provider we don't have or want. They should have had a meeting for all members to attend. We deserve to know where the funds are going.

When an organization denies reasonable requests from it's members/owners to produce ALL financial information for inspection they should immediately have recourse to the B.o.D. Since you aren't willing to comply with that request, I believe there to be some shady dealings occurring and the request just became a demand for compliance from your members.
