Well i endorse the cause of the petition that is providing basic facilities for the students such as electricity, food, clean water and also about the curfew that females have to go through just for the sake of "safety"..btw what is the threat inside the college boundaries is it other students or the staff or teachers.. if we can't ensure safety of girls within our own campus then there is no point of being an institute of national importance.

We should not have to constantly worry about charging our devices, finding a place with electricity or struggling with poor internet just to complete our academic work. We are paying to study here, and expecting basic infrastructure and uninterrupted internet access is completely reasonable. These facilities should be provided as a basic right for students, not treated as a privilege.

Regarding the fundamental requirements for the hostel and mess, it is imperative to ensure the timely provision of hygienic food and electricity. Should there be any power interruptions, advance notice specifying the duration is expected, avoiding arbitrary outages. Furthermore, stricter oversight of the mess manager is needed to address any compromises in food quality or quantity.
