When has the AI moderation ever actually work? There are youtubers getting demonitized for nothing meanwhile the ones who deserve the demonetization are allowed to stay on the platform.

I grew up with YouTube as my main source of entertainment and socialization. Some of these creators were my childhood favorites, and seeing them impacted by YouTube's AI moderation hurts me. As an artist, I wished to be able to financially live with making art, and AI moderation makes this impossible for me and many others. Please stop using AI to moderate stuff online, as AI clearly doesn't understand what it's doing wrong, and it's impacting people's ability to make an income.

A lot of YouTubers we know and love, who have worked hard to get to where YouTube is a main source of income, are getting demonetized unfairly by this system. Art, creation, being human, is something that YouTube has seemed to celebrate up until this point. I want AI gone entirely, but starting with this will be so much better for us.

YouTube used to be focused on the people who posted on the platform. It’s in the name. “You” does so much heavy lifting. In the past, YouTube had made it possible for regular people to do content creation as their sole source of income. I feel that it is the responsibility of the company that employs these people to have a human voice behind it. Letting an unfeeling algorithm dictate decisions on what people can and can’t do, wrongfully so on many occasions, goes against its original principles

I want to bring my art into YouTube but ever since this ive been scared to cause it would get stolen or used in work I haven't consented to so I will sign this work to tell ai is already loose and they can stop it before its too late and it would be nothing but showing adult content to kids without any sort of control but also blame parents for giving a phone or tablet to a >15 without any sort of adult supervision
