Phantomstrider in particular has me really upset about this because he got his main account demonitized over a video on "banned" Daniel Tiger episodes. He partly formed my childhood as an Internet kid. He's one of the most tender-hearted YouTubers I've watched, kinda to a fault. He nor his wife & cat deserve this blow to their income. He's currently relying on his Patreon & soft rebooting his 2nd account LiveStrider. Just quoting him on my crusty old Twitter account won't save him.

AI moderation has done nothing but make mistakes and frankly. Should not be allowed. Humans should ALWAYS be at the front and center of things. People are losing their jobs because of these robots. We're already living in a dystopia as it is, let's not make it worse.

Animation has been an essential part of my life ever since I was old enough to see, and YouTube truly revolutionized animation by creating a free platform where anyone could publish their work; but now their AI moderation threatens that, trying to ban every faceless channel, which is almost ALL animators. If this doesn't get reversed soon, I honestly won't know what to do; YouTube was the main platform for small animators for a reason, because they didn't do crap like this.
