Kislingbury is a small village and Beech lane is adjacent to the playground and multiple Sports clubs so should be left untouched for all to enjoy

This development is on heritage land which is ridge and forrow, and the developers want to take over the historic byway lane and turn it into a two way traffic road for his own profit. This is the only safe lane in the village with no traffic, that can be used by pedestrians, dog walkers, cyclists and horse riders away from busy roads. It links the village to the country park and to Pineham making it safe for people not just from Kislingbury, but from other areas.
The is a wildlife area too,

Ridiculous amount of properties for such a small quiet area of the village.
Completely out of keeping with the surroundings.
