My friends live here and we are already surrounded by gas stations!

This will not be good for residents. It will cause traffic and lots of people around at all hours that shouldnt be there.

I strongly oppose RZ-PD 26-0974 because a 24-hour 7-Eleven with 12 fueling positions and approximately 2,814 daily vehicle trips is incompatible with the established residential character and roadway function of this area. The project requires a driveway-spacing exception and significant roadway modifications, while creating additional congestion, U-turns, cut-through traffic, noise, lighting, and safety concerns for residents, pedestrians, and school traffic. Please deny application.

This will cause a terrible increase in traffic and will harm our community due to increased accidents and more pollution.

This intersection is the only main access road for my sub division. Approval of this plan would meaningfully negatively impact my daily commute and any time I need to leave my home.

Currently Bellamy is only 2 lanes which is already barely enough for the amount of traffic using it now. Should there ever be an emergency it would have a huge impact on every resident living, working, attending church and school in this area.

Our community does not need a gas station at that intersection

The last thing we need to create additional traffic and kill the beauty of the Citrus Park area is another gas station. Traffic at that light is so congested to begin with adding a gas station there. Is only going make getting in and out of those communities unbearable.

The traffic!! I live off Bellamy and do not see why we need another gas station. There have been more homeless people in the area and I feel this will only cause more.

School and neighborhood area. Plenty of gas/convenient stores in the area. Very congested roadway.

Another gas station and convenience store are not needed with other stores and gas stations close by. Please keep our neighborhood the peaceful one it is. We do not need anymore traffic near our subdivision. I do not want or need property values negativity affected by such an unnecessary project.

It's not going to draw all the way kind of people we want next to our kids school. Traffic is going to be a lot more heavier than it already is.

A gas station at this location is clearly incompatible with the area. It would be on the very close outskirts of quiet neighborhoods, at one end of a dead end street (Bellamy) and very near already existing gas stations. It also seems markedly unsafe for pedestrians and cyclists who frequent the area on their way to the Upper Tampa Bay Trail or one of three nearby schools.

We do not need another gas station/store in our neighborhood. This will negatively impact the safety, traffic flow, noise levels, and overall character of our residential community. We ask our local officials to carefully consider the concerns of nearby residents and protect the quality of life and peaceful environment of our neighborhood.

Not needed. Convenient stores at Gunn and ehrlich (1.5 miles) and brand new store at Anderson and ehrlich (1 mile) NOT WANTED.
