I believe this store/gas station will create additional congestion in an already congested area of Citrus Park.

I live off Bellamy Road and we don't need any additional traffic in the area! There is no excuse to rezone any property.

This will create too much congestion to an already quiet neighborhood. It's not as if we don't have enough convenient store, gas station within a 1 mile or less radius. This is nothing more than too much land development for no useful purpose other than to enrich the developers at the cost of the residence.

Public safety, both from a traffic standpoint, and for the criminal element

There is atleast 5 subdivisions to get out onto Ehrlich road, it would make so much more traffic, and we don't need the noise

This is a residential area and we definitely do NOT need another Gas Station!!!!

As a nearby resident, I oppose this development because it would add significant traffic and safety risks to an already busy intersection. A 24-hour gas station is not compatible with the surrounding homes, wetlands, church, and school.

I live off Bellamy Road. The corner of Bellamy and Sherlock is already busy and dangerous. Adding a 7-11 will only make it worse.

We already have so much traffic in this area. I feel it would cause future accidents. There are already convenience stores in both directions extremely close. This is not necessary.

This would cause not only property depreciation, but unsafe conditions in the surrounding neighborhoods.

We don’t need another gas station or retail store - we have many close enough. Bellamy is the only road in and out for multiple developments and the added traffic will make an already difficult intersection worse. Plus, there is a church next door which has a school not to mention Citrus Park Elementary and Sgt. Smith Middle down the road. The many walkers and bike riders already have to navigate a busy Ehrlich and the extra car traffic will make for an even more treacherous hike for those kids.

Bellamy is a dead end street that supports the entrances to multiple subdivisions. The traffic light at Bellamy an Erlich roads is already backed up at the busiest times of the day, especially when school is in session. I am opposed to increasing traffic by adding a gas station/convenience store near the entrance to these multiple neighborhoods .

No need for another gas station, plus this is a residential area, family oriented area. Safety for children attending Christian School.
