The estimated traffic volume is outrageous. Its hard to believe this is even being proposed. The intersection today is quiet and serves its purpose of safe and efficient ingress and egress for residents, why ruin it?

There are a large number of traffic safety concerns. Because of the location we will see a large number of u turn increases and/or dangerous left turns. In addition there is a large retention area that could well be negatively impaced.

I am a resident of Bellamy Road and I am concerned about the traffic and safety impact adding a convenient store at this location would have on an already busy intersection. Additionally, I do not feel another gas station in this area is necessary and it would also impact the integrity our neighborhood and wild life.

Ehrlich is a nightmare in the mornings and evenings and putting a massive chain gas station right on one of the only intersections left in the area without major issues is a disaster waiting to happen. Getting in and out of Bellamy will make morning commute 10x worse than it already is (which is saying a lot) and it's for nothing because there are several perfectly functional gas stations within a 3 mile radius. A very nice Circle K opened up just 2 miles down the road, we don't need a 7/11!!!!

This proposed construction is a significant negative impact to traffic congestion and the safety of the traveling public. This is not a pressing need of our local community.

We have 5 neighborhoods trying to get to school and work. As a 25 year realtor living off Bellamy this will bring our quiet community property vale’s way down. Should never happen. Can’t we have one quiet community in Tampa please

This will bring more harm than good to our area. Besides, we don’t need another gas station near us.

It is ridiculous to believe that anybody could think that a convenience store could coexist in that location. As it is traffic conditions, there are bad.

7/11 would cause too much congestion

I oppose the construction of a 7-Eleven at the intersection of Bellamy Road and Ehrlich Road. I feel the environmental threat and disruption from the gas tanks is a poor match for this unique area that features many interconnected ponds and a creek. Please vote no on this and encourage the developer to pursue another business that isn't so permanently invasive and potentially destructive. Thank you.

I’m a concerned friend of residents in the neighborhood. They do not need that much traffic at the entrance of their quiet neighborhood! Would make the street unsafe for the littles that play on THEIR street

Doesn't fit and it's intrusive to the community as a whole. It'll create a negative feeling coming to and from the community.

Construction and existence of a commercial entity in that area will cause the simple act of traveling to work or school take an exorbitant amount of time compared to what is it is now. There are plenty of commercial gas stations within a 2 mile radius already. This will bring unwanted and unnecessary traffic to an area meant for community. The lot should be converted into something like a greenery. Corporate/commercial takeover and overreach will destroy the ecosystem and atmosphere.

This is my street. I do not want the walkers on my street heading to the gas station. I have small children that love to play outside and this would bring unsafe situations to my front door. Please do not do this. I also do not want to walk outside and smell gas. I love my fresh air and so do my kids. This is like pollution in my front yard.

This will create a major traffic jam for all of the residents.

The traffic impact would make this a nightmare.

Please don't add a gas station to our quiet, residential street. We don't want the traffic and added congestion to our ONLY street in and out of our neighborhood.

I live in this community. The intersection is already high traffic. Don't ruin our quiet neighborhood! Safety concerns are an issue also. There are plenty of gas stations /conveniece stores in this area. WE DON'T WANT THIS ONE!

Adding 7 eleven will add more traffic in the night ruining residences around Bellamy road
