Don’t like the uncreased traffic and a lot of people hanging out near a neighborhood

We don't need it and We don't want it . We have 3 gas stations within 2.1 miles radius. One that was just rebuilt on Erlich and Lynne Turner

This gas station will cause significant additional congestion at an intersection that is already too small to handle the traffic it has. There are four other gas stations within one mile of that intersection. There are probably a half dozen 7-11s within five miles; why should the residents of our neighborhood pay the price so that corporate 7-11 can bring in a little additional business for their bottom line.

This area is congested as is. The additional traffic poses a risk for children walking to school, for the neighborhoods on Bellamy and adding additional traffic on Ehrlich.

Our neighborhood entrance serves as the gateway to our community and establishes its identity. A high-traffic convenience store with fuel sales and extended operating hours is inconsistent with the residential character residents chose when they purchased their homes. A convenience store is better suited for an existing commercial corridor rather than at the entrance to a residential neighborhood.

I oppose this as it impacts our communities. We will have major issues with safety and traffic issues, “illegal U turns accidents etc. Also wetland conservation issues such as flooding and runoff chemicals. This will endanger the gopher turtles and other wildlife living in that area. Erlich Road already has plenty of gas stations two of which are within 1 mile of each direction from the light..

This is a residential area with no commercial businesses for about a 1 mile stretch of Ehrlich Road. 7-Eleven with high traffic and gas tankers is very out of place and harmful to the neighborhood

My son is a special needs adult. He does not drive a car. This year he has started driving an electric bike to work. Adding a 7-11 at the intersection of Bellamy/Ehrlich will make the intersection considerably more dangerous for bike and scooter riders. Please note that children take this route to attend the three schools that are just down the street.

I live in Eastbrook just off Bellamy Rd. We do not need a gas station/convenience store so close to our home.

Gas station close to school is very dangerous people buying alcohol in a kids environment

There is no need for a convenience store on this intersection, and the increased traffic would harm both Ehrlich road and the Bellamy Rd neighborhoods

This corner is a horrible place for such a business. Bellamy Road already backs up as residential traffic leaves the neighborhood. The area is mainly residential and this 7/11 has no place in this location

Very bad locations. First it is to close to the church. The access into a retail development on that corner will back traffic up on Bellamy Road as well as having drivers make u-turns in the intersection of Erhlich and Bellamy road. It will also impact the ability of getting out of Sugerwood on to Bellamy. We do not need another gas station on Erhlich. It is 1.2 miles from the Veterans expressway east to two convenience stores with gas and one less than a mile west. This is not a good idea.

This is dangerous. This is the only way out for many neighborhoods and kids are not even zoned for buses and have to walk to school. Too much traffic already!

The addition of the 7-11 @ Erlich Bellamy is a horrendous concept. The proximity to the Veterans highway is already they highly congested intersection. We have children and families who walk to and from school. The increase in both auto and transient foot traffic will jeopardize the children and neighborhoods. not to mention their no less than four convenience stores under a mile from each other.
