We do not need additional traffic here! This would cause everyone to go through the neighborhoods to bypass the light and the traffic and would create havoc in the neighborhoods from increased traffic.

We have multiple gas stations within a mile and a half of ehrlich and Bellamy. This gas station is unnecessary and would cause even more of a traffic issue that already exists. It does not fit in with the neighborhoods and we do not need a 24/7 gas station. Please deny this foolishness

There are already 6 gas stations convenience stores within a very short distance from Bellamy Rd there is absolutely no need for another one. Bellamy Rd has no exit from the subdivisions along it except for the Ehrlich Rd exit therefore putting a gas station on the corner will exacerbate traffic congestion for the residents and very possibly cause accidents to happen thereby closing the only way out of the area.
This conversion is impractical and disruptive and completely unnecessary.

I attend Sickles High School which is 1.3 miles from my home. I cannot imagine what a 24/7 7-11 would do for me getting to and coming back from school. Deliveries of alcohol, cigarettes, gas yards from hundreds of communities with no way out but Bellamy

Our small community, on a dead end street, would be devastated with the onset of traffic brought on by a 7-11 and or convenience store.

We don’t need additional traffic congestion, leaving Bellamy Road. There is only one way out of Bellamy Road and it’s already congested adding another convenience store at that location would make the situation much worse.

As a resident in the Turtle Creek subdivision, I am opposed to any commercial use at this location. There are several gas stations within 2 miles in either direction. There is one lane going north and one lane going south into or out of Bellamy. There are several signs throughout the residential neighborhoods that says, "no though way," or "dead end," because it is strictly families, either townhomes or single family residences. Not to mention an actual school and church yards away

It’s going to be nightmare for us residents who need to turn into Ehrlich from Bellamy two or three times a day to pick up our grandchild, go to the Y and Dale Mabry doctors and stores.

I don’t like the idea to have a business at the corner of Ehrlich and Bellamy where is a community street and an already crowded traffic with the traffic light.
And is already a spot of to many crashes

It will bring more traffic and activity in our area which we do not need. There are 2 gas stations already less than a 1/2 mile away. We do not need any more.

This is not needed and is a terrible location given the traffic and pedestrian/bike traffic in the area.
