We don't need the additional traffic of a gas station and convenience store at that corner. Bellamy is not a through street and the additional traffic would be a nightmare.

As a homeowner in Eaglebrook for over 40 years, I oppose the proposed 7-11 and rezoning application RZ-STD-26-0481. Bellamy Road is a residential street and is not suitable for commercial development. This project would increase traffic, raise safety concerns for families and children, add noise and late-night activity, and negatively affect the character and property values of our community. I urge you to reject the rezoning request to protect our neighborhood’s environment and quality of life.

There is no need for another convenience store/gas station in this area. There are already three within a half of a mile. Also, the traffic and congestion will negatively affect the surrounding neighborhoods.

I live near this location. We have 2 service stations within miles of this location already and another one on this corner will congest an already busy intersection of Ehrlich and Bellamy Road.

Currently our little neighborhood is safe and quiet. A gas station at the end of the road will mean more traffic (noise and congestion) and likely also vagrants (less safe). There is no need for one in a residential neighborhood; there are two other gas stations one and five minutes away. Why doesn’t it go in the non-residential zones further along ehrlich rd/gunn highway?

Unnecessary traffic impact affecting us who live off Bellamy Rd. Publix & gas stations are already 1 mile east and west of the proposed location.

Signing to protect our neighborhood safety and children by not significantly increasing the amount of interstate exit traffic and night traffic and lights right next to hundreds of homes.

This isn’t necessary when there are gas stations on every corner. Keep our beautiful neighborhood calm and safe for all who live here.
