I have lived in Cumberland Manors for 31 years. We do not need a gas station on the corner of Bellamy & Erlich to cause additional traffic issues to all the communities that use Bellamy Rd. Everyday.

As homeowners in the residential neighborhood off Bellamy, we are strongly opposed to this development that is not compatible with the residential use of the neighborhood.

I oppose the proposed convenience store because it will increase traffic in an established family neighborhood. There is no demonstrated need for another convenience store, as several already serve the area on both sides of Ehrlich Road.
Convenience stores that operate late into the night attract additional vehicle traffic and activity at all hours, which is not compatible with the character of our community.

We don’t need another gas station in this area, especially considering the impact on the local residents from Bellamy Road neighborhoods and the environmental impacts to the local ecosystem.

Please deny this construction of a gas station and convenience store on the corner of Bellamy & Ehrlich Roads. Currently this area is a wonderful area of neighborhoods with families. Please do no let this type of business destroy the quaintness of the area by increasing traffic & ultimately crime.

We do not need a 711 or any kind of disruptive business like that anywhere near our residential community. Keep the alcohol and miscreants away from the nearby church and our lives. There are 4 gas stations within a mile of where you are proposing. Nobody has ever said the a 5th would be nice.

There are gas stations with convenience stores less than two miles away in both directions. It would create delay for the residents leaving and entering all the communities off of Bellamy Rd.

This road is the only outlet for several communities and is already a very busy road. There’s also an assisted living facility (ALF) on Belamy not far from the proposed site. By adding a gas station, this could contribute to an issue for the ALF - esp in an emergency.

There are several options for gas and convenience stores already located within the vicinity. Bellamy is a quiet road connecting to several residential neighborhoods. it is already difficult enough to turn left off of Bellamy onto Ehrlich as it is. This development will cause more unwanted traffic, congestion, and unwanted noise.

I grew up here. Birds migrate to that pond twice a year. Traffic is already bad enough! There are already at least 5 gas within a .5 mile radius. RIDICULOUS AND GREEDY!!!

The previous proposal was rejected. Our community is not in need of another gas station that would significantly impact the traffic to the front of the neighborhood.

It is not necessary- too close to residential, too close to a school, bad for environment, attracts crime, traffic already bad at that intersection, will make exciting Bellamy more difficult with increased traffic, alternative gas stations within a mile either direction, doesn’t fit the area… just to name a few!
